GMIC will re-bill any minimum balance still due upon applying a partial payment.
GMIC will refund, via check, any overpayment to the annual premium within 10 business days from payment posting.
GMIC will issue refunds directly to the named insured(s) on the policy the payment was applied.

If you have submitted a payment to us in error, GMIC will refund you directly.
